Habits for Wellbeing is for women who are ready to focus on what matters most to them and learn to become the CEO (Chief Empowerment Officer) of their life in the process. It is founded by leading educator and coach Jane Taylor.

On her journal (i.e. blog), Jane encourages you to leave comments, stories and questions as she writes about breaking up with draining or toxic habits.
